This took me a bit longer than I care to admit to dig up.
I had accepted the idea that if I wanted to view the config of an object or object-group on Cisco's ASA platform I had to copy and paste a sho run into a text editor and ctrl+F for whatever it was I was looking for. I assumed that the inability to pull up the exact object I was looking for was just another weird oversite on Cisco's part. Turns out I just didn't google hard enough for the solution.
